Dana Rasmussen has worked as a Broker Associate at Lifeline Real Estate since 2011 and in 2016 took over the responsibilities of the property manager, which have continued with the company rebrand into Vista Properties in 2018.

Over the past 27 years Dana has accumulated a vast amount of experience in many facets of the real estate industry including sales and marketing, real property appraisal, construction management, and Property Management.

She has received her Property Management Certification from the California Association of Realtors® and is well versed in all areas of tenant relations.

Dana began her career selling real estate after her service in the Air Force during Desert Storm. Her focus during the early years of her career was to help first time buyers and Veterans achieve home ownership.

In 2003 she diversified her real estate interests to include a license in Real Estate Appraisal. Dana's real estate practice is not limited to Santa Cruz County. She has listed and sold properties in many different areas of California including Sacramento, Santa Rosa, San Rafael, Santa Clara, San Benito and Monterey Counties.
